We don't rent to external parties, we only supply internal departments. Is ASSET1 right for us?

Absolutely. This is our specialty. Unlike traditional rental software, ASSET1 doesn't force you to create quotes or invoices. The focus is 100% on availability, logistics, and inventory control of your assets.

Can marketing or sales colleagues order materials themselves?

Yes. With the integrated "Material Catalog", departments (e.g., Trade Marketing or Sales) can request equipment like in an online shop. They immediately see what's available. The warehouse receives a ready-made packing list – no more phone calls or Excel chaos.

Can I use ASSET1 on mobile devices?

Absolutely! The ASSET1 App is specifically developed for mobile use in the warehouse or on-site. It supports mobile scanning via smartphone camera and enables inventory, location tracking and damage reports directly from your phone.

How do we handle loss or damage?

Transparency is key. With ASSET1, damage can be recorded directly during returns or on-demand at the asset – even on-site at the event. Upon return, you immediately see what's missing or defective and can assign it to the appropriate cost center or department. This drastically reduces annual material loss.

How does the Mobile Inventory work?

With the ASSET1 App, you simply scan barcodes or QR codes of your assets via smartphone camera. Inventory is updated in real-time (live updates) and immediately visible in the dashboard. No separate hardware needed.

Is there a limit on the number of users?

No, ASSET1 offers unlimited users in all packages. Your entire team can work simultaneously - whether in the warehouse, in the office or on-site at events.

Can I use ASSET1 for event planning?

ASSET1 runs completely in the cloud. For Enterprise customers, we offer geo-redundant data storage and services for maximum reliability and compliance. We also offer a whitelabel solution in your own Azure environment with custom product branding upon request.

How long does the setup take?

After the on-site workshop, we create a tailored plan. Setup & Onboarding including team training is done quickly and easily. Most customers are productive within a few days.
