Your annual subscription starts when you confirm your plan. Within the first 3 months after go-live you can end it at any time. Every monthly fee already paid, subscription and support key user, is refunded. The Onsite Day, any travel flat fee and Setup & Onboarding remain payable.

  1. Intro meeting

    Free of charge

    30 minutes remote: we discuss your most important challenge and show you the ASSET1 workflow - order in the shop, packing list in the warehouse, return.

  2. Your environment with your data

    30 days free

    You send us your asset list and we set up your environment with it - up to 1,000 assets during the trial, including QR labels as a PDF. If you continue, you stay in exactly this environment and the rest of your inventory is added then. In PRO all features are active, including the shop, in standard configuration and with your assets.

  3. Go-live

    BASIC without setup fee · PRO € 3,100

    You stay in exactly the environment you tested in - nothing has to be set up again. We are happy to remove trial data on request. In PRO and ENTERPRISE the detailed configuration comes first: the shop in your own design, approvals, roles and warehouses for your operation, plus training for your teams. From go-live, 4 weeks of full support including a ticket system.

  4. ASSET1 Onsite Day

    € 2,900 in Europe, all included optional, recommended from PRO Plus travel flat fee outside Europe ↓

    We come to you, map your workflows on site, set things up together with your team, train in the warehouse and answer open questions.

What does Setup & Onboarding cost?

You can try every plan free of charge. During the trial you work with your assets in standard configuration. The detailed configuration for your operation - the shop in your own design, order structure, approval workflows, roles and warehouses - is done with you once you confirm your plan, and we train your teams. That is Setup & Onboarding in PRO and ENTERPRISE. We handle that configuration; it is not self-service. In BASIC this work does not arise, so there is no fee. Add-on modules are set up per module, training included: € 1,400 to € 4,100 depending on scope - whether you add a module at the start or later.

Travel and lead time

In Europe, travel and accommodation are included in the price of the Onsite Day. For longer journeys, a travel flat fee is added for the long-haul flight, additional nights and travel days.

  • Regions not listed are assigned to a zone by flight time.
  • Lead time: counts from the binding booking of the date. It keeps flight prices stable and gives us time to prepare the day with you.
  • Express date: if you need the Onsite Day outside Europe sooner, we charge the actual travel costs - but at least the flat fee for your zone. You approve the specific flight and hotel offer before we book.
  • Rescheduling or cancellation: we book rebookable fares. If you move the date, we charge a rebooking fee of € 500. If you cancel, travel costs already incurred are charged.

Setting up your environment from an asset list is free of charge, including QR labels as a PDF; during the trial we work with up to 1,000 assets. The rest of your inventory is added at go-live: also free of charge if the list can be imported, otherwise as data migration based on effort (see add-ons). Not included: printed labels, tags and hardware.

Pay only when the process calls for it. Add-ons are standardized product modules - no customer-specific discounts and no hidden mandatory items. Specific integration and hardware projects are set up separately.

ASSET1 Onsite Day

One day at your site: mapping workflows, setting things up with your team, training in the warehouse and answering open questions. Optional in every plan, recommended from PRO. In Europe travel and accommodation are included; outside Europe the travel flat fee for your zone applies.

Support Key User

Your trained contact inside your own organization: they look after your users as first-level support, stay in touch with us through our ticket system and open a ticket when configuration, extensions or our help are needed. Support stays close to your operation, around the clock if you need it. There is no upper limit. ENTERPRISE requires at least two, because the key users carry the enterprise SLA there.

Data migration and data preparation

Setting up your environment from your asset list is free of charge, including QR labels as a PDF: up to 1,000 assets during the trial, the rest of your inventory at go-live, provided the list can be imported. Costs only arise if data needs to be prepared first or you have us set up your warehouse structure as well. Both are billed by effort at € 205 per hour.

What is billed by effort

  • Data migration: we take over existing data from previous systems or lists - review, field mapping, cleansing, transformation, import and validation.
  • Warehouse structure: we map aisles, racks, levels and bins in ASSET1 so your assets are located down to the bin.

You can also set up both yourself in the portal; then there are no costs.

Non-binding planning ranges for data migration

  • BASIC: typically 8–24 hours, i.e. € 1,640 – € 4,920
  • PRO: typically 16–40 hours, i.e. € 3,280 – € 8,200
  • ENTERPRISE: individual estimate after reviewing the data

Before we start, we review a sample of your data and send you a written effort estimate, including the warehouse structure if needed. We only go beyond the approved scope with your consent.

Frequently asked questions about the plans

Is the number of users limited?

No. All three plans include unlimited users. The price is not based on the size of your team but on operational depth, asset volume, organizational complexity, deployment and service requirements.

What is a support key user?

During the setup we are at your side anyway. From go-live you additionally get 4 weeks of full onboarding support including a ticket system - in every plan and at no extra cost. After that, BASIC and PRO run on self-support via help videos and documentation - without a booked support key user there is no supported channel. If you want to keep that support, you therefore book a support key user optionally. This is a person in your own organization, trained by us, who takes on three things: they stay in direct contact with us through our ticket system. They look after your users as first-level support and thereby also cover 24/7 availability if your operation needs it. And they only open a ticket with us when a question can no longer be answered in house or when configuration or extensions are needed. That is why we do not offer an on-call service as standard; it can be added on request. The support key user comes with the standard SLA. They cost € 290 per person and month in BASIC and PRO, from € 390 in ENTERPRISE. There is no upper limit in any plan - you book as many as you need. ENTERPRISE requires at least two support key users, because they carry the enterprise SLA there.

Can we move up to a larger plan later?

Yes, an upgrade is possible at any time. The growth path is designed so that PRO contains everything in BASIC and ENTERPRISE everything in PRO - nothing is lost when you switch.

How long does the subscription run?

All plans run annually. Your annual subscription starts when you confirm your plan - a separate contract only applies to ENTERPRISE, where we agree an individual contract model together. On top of that comes the exit right: within the first 3 months after go-live you can end it at any time and every monthly fee already paid is refunded. The Onsite Day, any travel flat fee and Setup & Onboarding remain payable.

Do we have to book the Onsite Day?

No, in no plan. From PRO we recommend it, because that is where we configure shop, approvals, roles and warehouses together for your operation and train your teams - one day on site covers what would otherwise take several remote sessions.

Why does Setup & Onboarding cost extra in PRO if we have already run the trial?

During the trial you use PRO in standard configuration. The detailed configuration for your operation - from the shop in your own design to approvals, roles and warehouses - is done with you once you confirm your plan; that is Setup & Onboarding. In BASIC it does not apply.

Do we need a credit card for the trial?

No. The 30-day trial runs without a credit card and without a contract.

What happens to our data after the trial?

If you continue, you keep working in the same environment - nothing has to be set up again. Whatever you created during the trial we are happy to remove on request before you go live. Otherwise we delete the environment after 30 days.

Where is our data stored?

BASIC and PRO run in the EU shared cloud. For ENTERPRISE, a customer-owned tenant or on-premise operation in your own infrastructure is available as an add-on - as is geo-redundancy for data and services.

From which plan are add-on modules available?

Add-on modules such as Delivery Management, Venue Operations, RFID Operations, Document & Compliance or ASSET1 AI can only be enabled from PRO upwards. BASIC deliberately stays lean so that getting started remains affordable and free of configuration effort.
