Yes, 30 days free of charge and in every plan. You send us your asset list and we set up your environment with it - up to 1,000 assets during the trial, including QR labels as a PDF. No credit card and no contract. If you continue, you keep working in the same environment and the rest of your inventory is added then. Whatever you created during the trial we are happy to remove on request. Otherwise we delete the environment after 30 days.

You test for 30 days free of charge in your own environment, which we set up from your asset list. Without data migration you are typically productive in about 2 weeks. With data migration it usually takes 6 to 8 weeks, because your data is reviewed, cleaned and imported.

A support key user is a person in your own organization, trained by us. They answer your users' questions themselves, stay in direct contact with us through our ticket system and come to us when they cannot get any further or when you need configuration or extensions.
